Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday 8AM
CST to 8PM CST.
Shipping
We pride ourselves on fast turn-around times. All processed orders, comprised of in-stock items, are shipped no later then the next business day. Leading up to, and during the various holidays, *if* shipping times should differ then previously stated - we post announcements on our toll free line, and throughout our website. We build, wrap and pack every gift
individually, by hand - with the proper care and attention, just
like you would do.
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS (based on your selection) with an associated tracking
number. You may also track the status of your order any time on our
website, or simply by contacting us.

International Shipping
At this time we ship to U.S addresses (including PO boxes,
and military addresses), Canada, and Great Britain. Free Shipping offers are valid only within the Domestic United States

Satisfaction
All companies (including us) can guarantee satisfaction. But what
does that really mean? As a savvy consumer, you know a guarantee is
a promise, and that not all promises can be kept, or delivered upon
100% of the time. Our reputation as an honest gift provider is
stronger then any guarantee.
With that being said, here is our message to you -

We understand when giving a gift, that gift
is an extension of you.
- We want you, and the recipient to be
delighted with our gifts.
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with
your gift purchase, simply contact us, and we will make it right, or offer a refund. Restrictions apply, and other policies listed are still applicable. Restocking and Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Requests to cancel / change an order, must be received
prior to the shipment of your order. If your order is already en
route, or already delivered, we are unable to cancel / change your order.

RETURNS
In order to keep our prices low and at wholesale, All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be received by us, within 7 business days of the
original order's delivery date. All items must be returned in
original, un-opened, and new (non-used) condition. You are
responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that we can
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Otherwise, you will receive a full refund on your order (minus a 15%
restocking fee), but the original and return shipping
cost will not be refunded, and is non-negotiable. Note:
Food items, perishables, and Closeouts / Specials cannot be returned.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in
the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 3 business
days of our receiving your return. Please note that the actual posting date of the return, is dependant on your financial institution.

Warm Weather Shipping
For products that are prone to melting in warm weather, we ship the items along with Refrigerent Gel Ice Packs, nestled in a Radiant Heat Shield aluminum bubble wrap enclosure, at no additional charge (within reason). Utilizing these high-tech products, along with our careful hand-packaging, your products will arrive safely, even using Ground Shipping. Keep in mind however, we only money-back guarantee their arrival in proper condition if Overnight Shipping is selected and the scheduled delivery date does not land on a weekend and/or holiday. The recipient must be available to receive the package at the scheduled delivery date.
