SHIPPING POLICY
Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday 8AM
CST to 8PM CST. Processed orders are packaged 8AM to 6PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Shipping
We pride ourselves on fast turn-around times. All processed orders, comprised of in-stock gift basket supplies, are shipped no later then the next business day (ie within 24 business hours). All processed orders, comprised of hand-made gift baskets, are shipped no later then the 2nd business day (ie within 48 business hours). Leading up to, and during the various busy holidays, *if* shipping times should differ then previously stated - the Estimated Delivery Dates quoted by UPS automatically reflect these changes, to allow additional processing time. We build, wrap and pack every gift
individually, by hand - with the proper care and attention, just
like you would do.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Spee-Dee based on your selection (Note: Not all services available for all destinations and package types) with an associated tracking
number. USPS and Spee-Dee shipments are picked up next business day. You may also track the status of your order any time on our
website, or simply by contacting us.

Domestic Shipping
At this time we ship to U.S addresses (including military addresses) and Canada. Free Shipping offers are valid only within the Domestic United States

Satisfaction
As a savvy consumer, you know a guarantee is
a promise, and while anyone can make a promise - delivering on that promise is what counts. As an honest gift provider, we realize mistakes do happen, and expectations do differ from time to time. With that said, our promise to you:

is an extension of you.

delighted with our gifts.
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with
your gift purchase, simply contact us, within a strict 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right, or offer a refund. Restrictions apply, and other policies listed are still applicable. Restocking and Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Requests to cancel / change an order, must be received
prior to the shipment of your order. If your order is already en
route, or already delivered, we are unable to cancel / change your order. Requests to cancel / change an order received within 24 hours of order receipt, will be issued a full refund. Requests to cancel an order received after 24 hours of order receipt, prior to shipment, will be assessed a strict 10% cancellation fee. Orders containing backordered items, can not be cancelled after 24 hours of receipt.

RETURNS
In order to keep our prices low and at wholesale, all returns are subject to a strict 15% restocking fee.
Return requests / damage claims, must be submitted within a strict 48 hours of delivery. Authorized returns must received by us, within 7 business days of the
original order's delivery date. All items must be returned in
original, un-opened, and new (non-used) condition. You are
responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that we can
only refund shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error.
Otherwise, you will receive a full refund on your order (minus a 15%
restocking fee), but the original and return shipping
cost will not be refunded, and is non-negotiable. Clients may request an optional UPS pickup ($8 service fee per box) to return the items. Unauthorized Returns will be refused, and not processed under any circumstance. Note:
Food items, Perishables, Balloons, Closeouts, and Specials cannot be returned.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund to be issued, in
the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 3 business
days of our receiving your return. Please note that the actual posting date of the return, is dependent on your financial institution.

Warm Weather Shipping
For orders over 10 dollars in product, containing items that are prone to melting in warm weather (ambient temperature above 65 degrees Fahrenheit at our location), we ship the items along with up to 1 pound of Refrigerent Gel Ice Pack(s), nestled in a Radiant Heat Shield aluminum bubble wrap enclosure, at no additional charge (May to August only; $6.00 Retail Value). Utilizing these high-tech products, most smaller products / orders can arrive safely without melting, but are shipped at the client's risk of loss - and NOT guaranteed against melting and/or damage due to heat. ArtisticGiftBaskets.com is not liable for melted product.
ArtisticGiftBaskets.com will however, guarantee arrival in proper condition if: Overnight Shipping is selected -OR- an insulated shipping upgrade kit is purchased. Restrictions apply. Note: the scheduled delivery date must not land on a weekend and/or holiday, and the time in transit must not include weekends / holidays. The recipient must be available to receive the package at the scheduled delivery date. Guarantee only valid to destinations within the 48 Domestic United States that are shipped via UPS, not valid for freight-forwarding destinations, and or freight drop-off points (ie, rented mail / PO boxes) ArtisticGiftBaskets.com reserves the right to automatically charge for the appropriate size insulated shipping upgrade.
